The hotel is recently refurbished, has helpful staff on check-out. The breakfast is incredible with many varieties, had tasty food. The room is wonderful for the garden terrace, the venue features a roof top bar onsite

Location. Five minutes from the Duomo. Breakfast isn't bad if you don't have small children.
The unbearable smell of sewage! As soon as the visitors start a mass water treatment, there is nothing to breathe in the room! The cushions are stone! On arrival, we were offered two options for placement: either "view" (no view there is no view in the wake), or "quiet room" (because where "view" - a lot of trams, rhyme from 6 am to night.) Choose "silence" ... We just "forgot" to warn that the hotel, just from the side of the "silence" is being renovated, where at 7 am workers shouting good mother, and at 7:30 begins to work jackhammer. No weekend. The hotel is completely indifferent, and even with humor, refers to complaints about the discomfort of their visitors. No one will advise this hotel and I will never stay there again.

Our executive queen room was decorated in the nice design. The beds were comfortable, view over garden was stunning. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from an art museum. The service was very good.

To our great regret, our vacation was ruined immediately upon check-in. We arrived at the hotel with a rented car. There was no parking in front of the hotel. We had to make a few laps to find a parking space. Despite this, we could not find a parking space in front of the hotel and stopped the car in the second row in front of the hotel. Until the suitcases were unloaded from the trunk of the car, the small suitcase was missing. It had passports, money, a phone and more... The most amazing thing is that usually in hotels of this level guests are met and helped with the suitcases. But nobody came out and helped us. Perhaps someone in the hotel works in conjunction with thieves. Our request to view the security cameras was denied. In general, we were shocked. The daughter and wife had to be reassured for a week. Really, thanks to administrator Svetlana. She worked at the reception desk and helped us call the consulate and just felt sorry. So, dear travelers be careful in Milan, thefts and robberies have taken on a severe scale.

Ideal location relative to everything that any tourist needs: attractions, shops, restaurants - all within 50-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Cozy spacious rooms, wonderful wide beds for those who need a separate bed. Beautiful breakfasts. Very friendly and responsive staff. We wanted to book an airport transfer from the hotel, but the cute girl Iva sent us such a detailed list of different options as how to get to the hotel by public transport, which saved us a lot of money.
November is probably considered a winter month in northern Italy, so the rooms were heated from the heart. It was very hot and the windows had to be opened, and since the rooms overlooked the courtyard, the noise of ventilation and the sounds of the kitchen did not contribute to good sleep. It is a pity that the lovely roof terrace was closed for the winter, where we planned relaxing evenings with a glass of wine overlooking the Duomo, although all summer verandas in the city worked successfully. All the same, +15 `S by our standards is not winter yet.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views. The bathroom setup was quite inconvenient and the service took too long at times, highlighting some organizational issues during our stay.

Location was perfect. Reception staff very friendly and very helpful.
Rooms don't have sound-proofing walls. Some nights it get very noisy and you feel that you are sitting with next room residents in the same room.
